Tanto is a platform that helps companies offer flexible, group-based benefits to their employees. The challenge was to create a system where each user could belong to multiple benefit groups, with different balances, without making the experience confusing or overwhelming.

The goal was to design a scalable product that feels simple and intuitive, even though the backend logic is complex. The platform needed to support:
Multiple user groups per employee
Shared and exclusive benefits
Real-time tracking of balances
Admin tools for managing users, groups, and redemptions
A clear landing page that explains all of this in a way HR teams and employees can understand at a glance
I created a clean, modular design system and applied it across the entire product — including the user-facing app, admin dashboard, and landing page. Every screen was designed to reduce friction and surface only what’s relevant to the user. The result is a platform that feels light and easy to use, even though it handles complex benefit structures behind the scenes.
