I led the design of the full experience — from onboarding to task flow, meetings, chat, and file sharing — with a strong focus on clarity, dark mode UI, and microinteractions that keep things intuitive.

The goal was making it ridiculously easy for teams to:
Assign and manage tasks
Hold quick voice meetings
Stay notified and in sync — without Slack-like overload
Invite teammates via QR and onboard fast
This was a meaningful project that challenged my thinking around remote collaboration UX, and how to balance structure with simplicity. From onboarding to the final “begin your journey” screen, every detail was crafted to keep things focused and easy to use.
